Ordering Info

  • When will my order ship?

    Most orders ship within 3-5 business days, not including holidays. RACKETPACK’s business days are Monday- Friday (9am- 5pm), so orders placed over the weekend will not be processed until Monday. Should your purchase take longer to ship than anticipated due to items being out of stock, you will be updated on a shipping date asap. Packages CANNOT be shipped to PO boxes so please provide a valid shipping address. Last but not least, RACKETPACK reserves the right to use any major shipping company and the United States Postal Service (USPS).

  • Can I track my order?

    Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you may follow your precious cargo in transit.

  • How do I cancel or change an order?

    Why would you want to cancel an order? In the event that you need to cancel or change your order (prior to shipment), email info@racketpack.com with your order number or call at 508-258-9789 and we’ll be happy to help.

  • What if I need to exchange or return something in my order?

    That’s fine, providing the items you’re exchanging or returning are unworn or unused and fall within 30 days of being purchased. Email us at info@racketpack.com with your order number or call us at 508-258-9789 and we’ll take care of it.

  • Can you make me a customized t-shirt?

    Unfortunately, no. I’m a one woman show so it’s just not in the cards for me to do that at this time.
